The designing of the product is an essential task and requires in-depth knowledge about the materials, its physical properties, chemical properties, mechanical properties, etc. The designing is done, keeping the need and requirements in mind.
Once the designing is completed, then comes the planning phase where we plan the course of action to be executed. Here we analyze all the risks that might be involved through fishbone analysis and eliminate all risk factors.
After the plan is made, then the execution phase starts, and here we develop the final product as per the plan and check if the manufactured product matches all the features using product quality test.
