We manufacturers standard range of Steel Flanges as per the national and international standards. We can also manufacture as per the customer’s requirement.

Production Range:

Flanges weld neck, socket weld, blind, slip on and reducing type to ANSI B 16.5 from 1/2″ to 24″ and classes150 to 2500 (complete range)
Flanges from 26″ to 60″ and classes 150 to 900 lbs (in accordance with B16.47 series A&B, MSS SP 44 standard)
Flanges long welding neck from class 150 to 1500 lbs and sizes from 1/2″ to 24″

These flanges are manufactured in different shapes and sizes depending upon the purpose.

Applications:

Blind Flanges:

These are usually used to stop one end of the flanged pipe, a valve orifice or the opening of a pressure vessel.

Slip on Flanges

Used in quick assembly to save the cost, these are also used in less strict requirements in terms of length of pipe section.

Socket Welding Flanges:

Recommended for orifice flanges. These work as substitute for slip-on-flanges in the cases where the diameter of the tube is very small and working pressure is very high.
